Welcome to Yacht Time Management
My name is Peter Frank Goote. I am a former Dutch Naval officer, ranking commander. Since leaving the Navy I have founded Yacht Time Management (YTM). Yacht Time Management provides high standard ship's helicopter knowledge and yachtsmanship for owners and builders of sail and motor yachts of all dimensions, worldwide. Service provided as a captain/master, (chief) mate, instructor or consultant depending your desires and my qualifications.
I started sailing boats at the age of 14. I have been on the water since then and more recently started to go below the surface as well, as a sports diver. I made a career as a Naval officer. Additionally I became a naval pilot, flying search and rescue and ship’s helicopter on board frigates. Serving as Head of Coast Guard in the Caribbean gave me an extended view of events at sea.
With Yacht Time Management I aim to offer my knowledge and experience, and provide high standards resulting from professional training at an early age.
Yacht Time Management is registered in Holland and based in Mallorca.
